Installation

Assessment, design, then install

The Garden Irrigation Inc. offers sprinkler systems for residential and commercial properties. The crew walks the site with you, then designs zones that match plant type, sun, and available water pressure.

Assessment
We begin by identifying the different areas of your garden where irrigation is required: lawns and garden beds, sunny and shady areas, water-reliant plants and drought-tolerant plants, standard gardens, veggie gardens, and hedges. We also consider available water pressure so the system works efficiently.
Design
Properly identifying and defining irrigation zones keeps water pressure in range. Too much load on any part of the system and you will not get the coverage you need. Different areas water as their own zones, not all at once.
Installation
The crew uses professional equipment, including trenchless pipe pulling, and calls utilities before we dig. Most residential systems are completed in one to two days. We spend as much time as you need to be comfortable with the new system.
Warranty
We offer a full warranty for workmanship and materials, plus the company’s 5-year workmanship warranty. If an area is not being watered properly, a technician comes back and adjusts it.

Service

Keep the system in working order

Annual maintenance covers spring start-up, mid-season tune-up, and fall winterization with compressed air so lines do not freeze.

Maintained landscape after seasonal service

Spring start-up

Opening the system for the season: check main valves, turn on the main water, set the timer, change the battery backup, and adjust the heads.

Mid-season tune-up

Coverage checks and head adjustments after the lawn has grown in.

Fall winterization

A fall blow-out, usually between September and November, flushes water with compressed air so pipes do not freeze.
